Maintaining Daily Mental Health


This is Dr. Ellie Zarrabian, coming to you from Los Angeles. I just wanted to make this short video to chat with you regarding what’s going on with the surge of the Omicron virus and the importance of maintaining mental health and sanity. Throughout the day, it’s important to do one or two activities that really feed your heart and soul so that you can maintain your energy and motivation to keep going every day. For me,  it’s coming here to downtown Culver city on my every morning walk to get my favorite cup of coffee, sitting down, taking in some of the fresh air, and watching children play. Then I get up, walk back and stay inside all day. So, if you have something to share, I would love to hear it, name one thing that you do that keeps you sane throughout the day. Bye!
